Ketolio brings together knowledge, recipes, learning and practical tools in one place, making it easier to understand, plan and master everyday life with medical keto. People who follow keto without a medical reason are also warmly welcome. Ketolio was developed based on the experiences of a family living with GLUT1 deficiency syndrome.
